Weather is an omnipresent force that impacts businesses in countless ways, from agriculture and energy to supply chains and financial markets. With the growing frequency of climate extremes and rare weather events, the need for accurate long-range weather forecasts has never been more critical.

At Beyond Weather, we combine the power of AI and climate science to make reliable weather forecasts, weeks and even months ahead.

Beyond Weather is a spin-off company of VU Amsterdam University. Science is at the core of our identity. We have experienced how much impact a small, multidisciplinary team can have in the real world and now we're ready to expand our business. That's why we're looking for bright people to join our team. We can imagine that before applying you might have some questions about Beyond Weather, and that you’d want to have a feel for the vibe at our company. That’s why we’re inviting you for pizza (and salad!).

We'll kick off with a brief presentation to introduce you to who we are and what we're all about. Then, as we indulge in some tasty pizza (and salad!), feel free to chat with our founding team. This event is all about getting to know each other in a laid-back setting, so come as you are and let's enjoy some food and great conversations together.
